We understand that schedules can change. We kindly ask for at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests without penalty
Cancellations within 48 hours of service may be subject to a modest fee of $50.
Cancellations within 24 hours of service may be subject to a modest fee of $100.
If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout fee will apply up to $100
Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Emerald Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to reschedule services due to:
Severe weather
Unsafe driving conditions
Emergencies
Equipment failure
Staffing emergencies
Clients will be notified as soon as possible in such situations.
